I picked this up for camping, but it’s way heavier than I expected. Carrying it around was a hassle, especially when you're already hauling other gear. I get that some products are built sturdy, but for something meant to be taken outdoors, it should be a bit more reasonable to manage. Disappointing overall.

The chair is okay once it’s set up, but the folding part is kinda annoying. It sticks about half the time, and I have to wiggle it around just to get it closed. Not ideal when you’re trying to pack up quickly after a game. For the price, I kinda expected it to be a little easier to use.

I wanted this to be easy to fold up and carry around, but it folds in such a weird way that it still feels bulky. Like, the whole point is for it to be more compact, so make it make sense. It’s not terrible, but definitely not as convenient as I expected.

The chair looks okay in person, but the seat is way too tight for me. I was uncomfortable after about 20 minutes of sitting in it. I really wish the width had been listed more clearly before I ordered it. Just not working...

I’d save your time and look for something else. The design feels awkward, and it’s just not comfortable or easy to use the way you’d expect. I kept trying to make it work, but it ended up being more frustrating than helpful

I was disappointed, the frame felt cheap, and it bent after just two uses. I really expected it to hold up better than that.

I tried getting help with a chair that broke way earlier than it should have. I sent over everything they asked for, including photos, and then what happened? Slow replies, vague answers, and no real solution.

I felt like they were just hoping I’d give up instead of actually honoring the warranty. The chair seemed great at first, but what’s the point if the support isn’t there when something goes wrong?

I’ve only used it twice, but the frame already feels a bit weak to me. For something I was planning to use for camping, I personally expected it to feel sturdier.

Am I missing something here? I expected it to have a nice rocking motion, but it barely rocks at all. On the campground it felt really stiff and kind of awkward to sit in, so I was disappointed.

I had an issue with my GCI Outdoor chair, so I reached out to their customer service thinking it would be a simple thing to sort out. It ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. First, it took them several days to even reply, which I could have dealt with if the response had been helpful. But when they finally got back to me, it was just a really short message that didn’t actually answer my question or give me any clear next steps. So I sent a follow-up explaining the issue again and trying to get a little more info, and then I never heard anything back at all. At that point it felt less like they were trying to help and more like they were hoping I’d just drop it and go away. I understand companies get busy and things fall through the cracks sometimes, but if someone has already bought your product and is asking for help, the bare minimum should be responding. Definitely left a bad impression, and I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I thought this would be a lot easier to wipe down, but dirt gets stuck in it and takes way too much effort to clean. I feel a bit misled because it seemed like upkeep would be simple, but it’s been more of a hassle than I expected

I bought this from gcioutdoor assuming it would be fine sitting outside like normal patio gear, but my gut says it’s just not made to handle much weather. After only a couple of rainy days, the fabric started looking rough and the frame already had little rust spots showing up. It’s not like I left it out for an entire season either, just regular outdoor use. For something meant to be outdoor gear, I expected it to hold up a lot better. i’m disappointed and wouldn’t buy it again.

I was disappointed. I had to wait in the queue for ages, and after all that, the color options were just really boring. I was hoping for something more fun or fresh, but nothing really stood out.

Well... I bought this chair because it looked really comfortable, and the chair itself is okay, I guess. But the cup holder is useless. My regular water bottle doesn’t fit in it, and when I tried putting a coffee cup there, it sat tilted like it was ready to spill everywhere. That was one of the main reasons I wanted it for camping, so it’s been frustrating. It feels like the cup holder was just added as an afterthought. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The chair is comfortable to sit in, but it wobbles way too much if the ground isn’t perfectly even. I was expecting it to feel a lot more solid. I also tried reaching out about it and kept getting transferred from one person to another, which was annoying. Overall, it’s comfy, but the stability is disappointing
